Nichols is a headhunting agency operating around the world, finding the best talent in senior executive roles for global businesses within the consumer goods and healthcare sectors.
The recruitment industry is notoriously stuck in its ways and hasn’t really changed the way it operates for 50 years. Nichols were keen to disassociate themselves from the rest of the industry and show how they adapt and evolve, the same as clients do.
Our solution for their brochure was to describe the industry as ‘set in stone’ and used stone as a metaphor for how the industry is inflexible, stuck in its ways and lacking the ability to move with the times. This is in contrast with Nichols itself, which is always looking to pioneer, work in new ways, operating where others won’t.
